You may cancel your subscription at any time after your initial order has been processed.
How to Cancel
You can manage or cancel your subscription by logging into your customer account at:
https://account.coveember.com
Once logged in, you can:
- Cancel your subscription
- Pause upcoming shipments
- Update billing information
- Update shipping information
- Change delivery frequency
- Swap products (when available)
Cancellation Timing
Cancellations must be submitted before your next renewal date to avoid being charged.
If your renewal has already processed, the order cannot be canceled, but it will still ship as scheduled.
Minimum Commitment
There is no minimum number of billing cycles required.
You may cancel anytime after your first order has been processed.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will:
- Send you an email notification
- Automatically retry the charge
- If still unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused until updated billing information is provided
Refunds for Canceled Subscriptions
Subscription charges already processed cannot be refunded once the order has entered fulfillment.
