Refund policy
At Cove & Ember, we want every experience with our fragrance oils to be exceptional.
Because fragrance is a personal sensory product, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. However, we absolutely want every customer to feel taken care of.
✔ Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
✔ If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it immediately at no cost.
To start a return or exchange:
Email us at support@coveember.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours.
Non-returnable items:
• Opened or used fragrance oils
• Gift cards
• Subscription orders (renewals cannot be refunded once processed)
Refunds:
Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Subscription Terms:
• Billing occurs on the same day each month as your original purchase.
• You may pause, modify, or cancel anytime through your account portal at https://account.coveember.com.
• Recurring orders under $35 include a $4.95 shipping charge.
• Recurring orders $35+ ship free.
• Charges completed prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
• Subscription renewals ship automatically without needing approval.
